•Charter Flights use private aircrafts certified by the FAA to perform Air Taxi and Charter Operations under Part 135 of the Federal Aeronautical Regulation (FAR).
•Flight originate when a clients contracts the services of an Air Charter Operator for a flight.
•This Flight could be One-Way or Round Trip.
•The Aircraft is contracted by the Client to perform the intended trip.
•The Aircraft is then re-positioned if necessary to pick-up this Client and fly him to his destination.
•At that point, the Aircraft returns “Empty” to its base, thus creating an “Empty Leg”.
•In the case of a Round Trip, a second “Empty Leg” is created to pick up the original Client.
•When One-Ways of one or two-day duration is contracted, the aircraft may wait for the Client at the destination Airport, thus avoiding two “empty legs”
•Jetpreneurs does not own or operates aircrafts.
